During onboarding (or from your client area), provide the information needed to launch Google Drive → kDrive, and complete Google authorization if you are an admin. This guide covers what to enter and how to do the Google Admin step.

You provide now the details we need to launch. The kDrive destination is handled by InfoSwitch. Google Admin authorization is your responsibility (or the admin you name) — steps below.

1. File source
Choose the source and tick personal spaces and/or shared drives.
2. Authorize Google Drive access (you do this)
So InfoSwitch can read files via a service account (no user passwords), a Google Workspace admin must add domain-wide delegation in the Admin console.
- Sign in to admin.google.com as an administrator
- Go to Security → Access and data control → Domain-wide delegation
- Click Add
- Paste the InfoSwitch service account Client ID (provided in your dossier / InfoSwitch message)
- Add the OAuth scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive - Save
In the onboarding form, enter the admin email who performs this step, and tick the confirmation.
Without this authorization
Google Drive migration cannot start. You can revoke the delegation in the same console after migration.
3. Users to migrate
Add the emails of accounts to migrate, or import from your mailboxes list.
4. Notes (optional)
Exclusions, priorities, external shares to recreate, freeze window, etc.
5. Save / validate
Save settings, continue onboarding, or validate the list from your client area.
