Accessing Billing

  1. Log in to Infomaniak Manager
  2. Click your name/profile in the top right
  3. Select "Billing" or "My invoices"

Understanding Your Invoices

Invoice Types

  • Initial invoice – First payment upon subscription
  • Renewal invoice – Automatic service extension
  • Adjustment invoice – Mid-period changes (adding users, etc.)

Infomaniak generally offers:
